ORDERING
How do I order? Our fast, convenient online ordering process takes only a couple of minutes to complete. Likewise you can order over the phone on 0870 871 3999. You can even fax an order to us on 0870 133 8378.
Can I see the products in person? Yes, please visit one of our stockists.
What if the item I require is not in stock? At Wicked Vision we will always endeavor to get your order to you on time, however if the item is out of stock for a prolonged period, one of our customer service reps will contact you via e-mail or phone to update you on the progress of your order.
DELIVERY
How much will delivery cost? There is a delivery charge of £2.00 for the first item then 50p per item after that in the UK. Overseas shipping is £4.00 for the first item and £1.00 per item after that. Please contact us for an individual delivery quote if ordered larger quantities.
Do you deliver outside of mainland UK? Yes. We deliver worldwide.
Do you deliver to the British Forces – BFPO. We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at our UK Standard Delivery rate. There are some restrictions regarding which products can be sent but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to BFPO website.
How long will I have to wait for delivery? Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days, however due to differing levels of demand some items may take up to 28 days in which case we will advise you. Orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday and depending if the goods are in stock, will not be despatched until Monday. We can offer a Special delivery service on request for extra cost. PLEASE NOTE: During the run up to Christmas deliveries can take up to 5 - 7 working days this also depends on the stock availability in which case we will contact you. International deliveries take between 5-9 days to be delivered depending on your location.
How do you deliver? We use Royal Mail first class, recorded and special delivery depending on the item(s).

Do you deliver to an alternative address? Yes we do as long as it is mainland UK. At time of ordering the card billing address must be entered or goods will not be despatched if there is no address match.
My order never arrived. What should I do? Shipping can be up to 4 days from placement of order. You shouldn't consider your order lost until 5 days has passed. Please contact us after this time. Note that international orders may get delayed due to customs inspections.
RETURNS
An item I have been sent is faulty what should I do? Faults can sometimes occur with an item you may have ordered, although this is not common, we recommend that you contact our customer service team via e-mail returns@wickedvision.co.uk or phone 0870 871 3999 if you have any problems. Wicked Vision will always look to refund or replace faulty items if the damage is caused by a manufacturers fault. See our terms and conditions.

What do I do if I no longer required the item after I have received it? Any unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days with the original proof of purchase. We will accept their return as long as the goods are unopened and unused in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods will be credited within 30 days of their return. Unwanted goods are to be returned at the purchaser's expense.

What cards do you accept? We accept most UK cards. Payment is taken from your card at the time the order is placed online. All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Transactions will appear on your statement as Wicked Vision Ltd.

870 1470. We have a simple returns policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.
WEEE
From July 2007 the UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require that all producers of electrical equipment are now obliged to pay for recycling of household electrical goods - previously this bill was met by councils or items were not recycled at all. These regulations also require that all retailers actively assist in delivering a UK wide WEEE collection infrastructure and encourage the participation of consumers in recycling electronic equipment. Not all council sites are suitable to collect all types of waste electrical goods but to find out your nearest participating site (including other collection facilities that may not be operated by the council) and for advice on all aspects of recycling at home, please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. Don't forget to have your postcode ready to use in the 'recycling facilities' locator. Electronic waste is one of the fastest growing types of waste and much of it can be recycled and resources recovered to make new stuff. To remind consumers of the collection methods available (which in turn allow recycling to take place), all electrical items sold now carry the 'crossed out wheeled bin' symbol. To ensure your waste electronics don't contribute to damaging the environment, please use www.recycle-more.co.uk and recycle today. You can even get details of your nearest recycling facility via mobile phone! Text WASTE or ELEC along with your UK postcode to 60060 (eg. ELEC SW2 4RT), and you will receive a text back with details of where you can recycle anything from plastic milk bottles to old toasters. (Texts cost 50p plus your standard network charge).
