  • Who are your customers?
    We supply wholesale distributors and retail stores whose intention is to re-sell and/or distribute Wicked Visions products throughout the UK and Internationally.
  • I would like to become a new retailer?
    Please download the account set up from here and fax or email it back to us.
  • I would like to become a new distributor?
    Please contact us to discuss. We are always open to working with complimentary companies.
  • How can I get wholesale prices?
    Please send us an email with your contact details and we will forward prices to you by return
  • How do I place an order?
    By post, fax or e-mail. We do not take orders by phone although you are welcome to call us to discuss any prospective orders.
  • Do you add Value Added Tax to my order?
    All our prices are exclusive of VAT. We add VAT to all orders except those which are sent either to (i) addresses outside the E.U. or (ii) customers within the E.U. (except the U.K.) who have a valid local VAT number. We are obliged by law to levy VAT on the shipping charge, except on orders sent to addresses in (i) and (ii) above.
  • What is your minimum order?
    We have no minimum order but you must order in the inner carton quantities for each product. To receive free shipping (in the UK) you must purchase £250.00 of products. Freight charges will be added to the invoice for orders under £250.
  • Can I order and pick-up at your location?
    Yes we are based in London.
  • Can I backorder items that are not in stock?
  • Can I order goods and have them shipped to me at a future date?
  • Can you drop ship?
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Visa, Master card, American Express, debit cards, cheques, and BACS. Foreign orders must be pre-paid in advance via BACS, wire transfer or credit card. In the event that your credit card is declined, your order will not be processed.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We aim to despatch within 24 hours of order or receipt of payment on a next day service. Orders submitted before 12:00 pm GMT are shipped out for next day delivery via Interlink/DPD.
  • Do you ship orders to other countries?
    We ship orders to countries all around the world except to certain countries which are either not served by our regular carriers or which are not covered by our insurance. Customs duty is the responsibility of the customer and you should check with your relevant government department about customs duty rates and possible clearing fees, if you are in any doubt. International shipments can only be made on acceptance of the following terms: I understand that this order may be examined by the customs authorities of the country to which these goods are being shipped. I also understand that duty, taxes and/or clearing charges may be assessed and charged to me by the shipper in addition to the amount authorized above. I agree that all and any such charges are solely my responsibility and that in the case of any queries and/or disputed charges, I will communicate directly with the carrier and/or customs. Wicked Vision accepts no responsibility for delay, loss or financial liability due to the actions of the customs authorities or the carrier. Once items are delivered to the carrier, they are considered sold and all queries concerning shipments should be made directly to the carrier. Should a international package be refused, the customer will still be responsible for ALL duties and taxes associated with that order.
  • What about freight charges to non UK addresses?
    We have a number of couriers to ship internationally. We will provide you a quotation before your order is processed. The quotation will include a shipping price at cost minus a subsidy of £15 if you order is over £250 in value. Any taxes, duties, or fees your country imposes are your responsibility. Any special packaging requirements that your country might have, please bring it to our attention. You are more than welcome to offer your own shipper.
  • Can I have my order shipped with my own courier?
    This is welcomed
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT. Even after office hours we will still answer important calls.
  • What about defective toys?
    Wicked Vision guarantees that all the toys we distribute will be free of manufacturer defects. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please contact our office during business hours for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • What is your return policy?
    All our products are sold outright. We do not provide sales on a guaranteed sales basis; however, if the merchandise has manufacturer defects, please contact our office within 5 days of receipt of goods for a Return Authorization number. When the goods are received into our warehouse and inspected, a credit will be issued to either your credit card or your account.
  • Do you offer customisation of your products?
    Wicked Vision offers custom imprinting services on products we market subject to minimum order quantities. Please contact us for details.
  • Do you have printed catalogs for your products?
    Unfortunately, we do not have a printed brochure available, but you can find our online version available to download from here (36mb)
  • How can I be included on the stockists page of this website?
    Please email us and we will do this for you within 24 hours.
  • Can I use the Wicked Vision name and associated brand names?
    Please contact us to discuss. Any unauthorised use of our trademarks is subject to the full force of trademark infringement laws and penalties. Kindly note that the placement of any words before and/or after our trademark does not mitigate the infringement.
